1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 The order sent online by the customer represents an offer addressed to STUDIOZETA s.a.s. (owner of the LE PERLE DI NAPOLI.it site) aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein and in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale which, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer undertakes to observe in relations with STUDIOZETA sas (the Pearls of Naples). Furthermore, by placing an order, the customer declares that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful and that he is of age according to the law in force in the place where he resides.

Therefore, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer confirms that he is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of Sale and that he has received further information which can always be consulted on the website www.leperledinapoli.it.
