CONDITIONS OF RETURN

In the event that you want to replace the item or return with a refund, before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met.

The returned item:

It must be returned only after having contacted us, making a request directly via no. order corresponding to the email info@leperledinapoli.com; the request must clearly indicate and specify the reason for the return, unless in the case of a return pursuant to art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code.

All returned goods are carefully checked and if the conditions of the product are deemed different from the original ones, the return will NOT be accepted;

It must be returned in the original case and packaging;

It must be received by STUDIOZETA s.a.s. within 10 working days from the date of shipment. The shipment must be notified by e-mail indicating the date, the service used (post / express courier) and, if possible, the waybill number.

If all these conditions are met, we will replace the item or refund the amount paid, net of shipping costs.

We will not refund or replace any returns that do not comply with all of the above conditions. In the case of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, the refund will be withheld by STUDIOZETA s.a.s. until he has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The amount will be re-credited according to existing agreements, by informing us of your current account. The timing of the display of the amount on your account will depend on the rules and procedures of the banks and credit card companies.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

It is necessary to contact customer service only and exclusively at info@leperledinapoli.it specifying whether it is a refund or replacement request, no. Order, name, surname and attaching one or more photos that identify the defect. All instructions will be given to make the return. We only accept requests via email to keep traceability of every communication and process. For this reason we cannot take into consideration requests received through other channels.

Free replacement is guaranteed for accepted manufacturing defects under the terms of the relative warranty. In case of careless use of the product or for defects caused by you, it will NOT be possible to request a replacement.
